A. HOW DO I REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR AN ADDRESS CHANGE FOR MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel an order or you realize that your address was entered incorrectly, you can send us a request within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Any requests made after this timeframe will be the customer’s responsibility. Keep in mind we can only cancel your order before shipment. Please email info@queenvlife.com with your order number and your request and we will take care of the rest!

B. CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes, you're able to track your package. We'll provide a tracking number to you about 24-48 hours after your order has been processed. Please use the tracking number provided to check on your order location.

C. HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

You can manage your subscription by accessing your account on our website. You will have the ability to skip a delivery or cancel your next delivery. Please note that if you have not managed your subscription before, you will need to create a new account with the email address on your order (accounts are not automatically created when you purchase).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

A. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Due to an increase in shipping charges and COVID-19 related issues, we have limited shipping worldwide. We ship to the US and US territories only except Hawaii and Alaska. We are taking this time to find the best shipping options and we look forward to updating you when we have found the best solution.

B. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We currently provide standard shipping for $6. Orders over $35 are eligible for free shipping. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Delivery within 5-7 business days, for orders, placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the next business day.

C. HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Domestic (U.S.) shipping is $6.00 for orders under $35 and free for orders $35 and up. The same shipping costs apply to retail and wholesale customers.

D. MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I CANNOT FIND IT.

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Please double-check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please email us at info@queenvlife.com so we can help you out.

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

A. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are confident that Queen V's products will satisfy your every wellness need! If for any reason you feel the need to return unused products, please ship the products back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Because of the nature of these products, we are unable to accept products that have been used or opened. If you feel your used product(s) is not up to standard, please reach out to us for further assistance.

B. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship through standard carriers like USPS and UPS. If a package is sent to the wrong address and it’s a mistake on a customer end, we won’t be able to issue a refund or resend the package. The customer should place another order with the correct address.

C. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To return a product, please send an email to info@queenvlife.com with your full name, phone number, email address, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the reason you are returning the product(s). You will receive written notification from Queen V within 48 hours that will include a return authorization and a separate email including a return slip.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping fee and dropping off the returning package to the mailing service that matches with the return label i.e. USPS and UPS. Please ensure that the return slip is properly attached to the outside of the package.

Please note: Only items purchased on www.queenvlife.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Queen V product(s) at one of our authorized retailers, please contact their customer service for assistance.

Please allow 14 business days for Queen V to receive and process your return. We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less shipping fee, any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. If you return part of an order, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

D. EXCHANGE POLICY:

At this time, Queen V is unable to process exchanges, however, we will gladly accept your returned purchase and process a refund provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the return instructions, and if you have any questions please contact the Customer Service Team at info@queenvlife.com.

A. DID QUEEN V PRODUCT FORMULAS CHANGE VS. WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY IN THE MARKET?

Yes, the product formulas have changed. We’re constantly innovating to make them better for you. All our products are designed to R-E-S-P-E-C-T your unique micro-V-iome and will always stay true who Queen V is.

B. WHAT MAKES QUEEN V’S PRODUCT DIFFERENT?

Our products are micro-V-iome friendly. We use manufacturers to design safe and effective formulas that put your vagina first. Our Queen V team is heavily involved in product formulation and all our products go through rigorous testing, to ensure your vagina is happy.

C. WHAT IS THE VAGINAL MICROBIOME AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT?

Our bodies have many different microbiomes. A microbiome is the ecosystem of bacteria that lives throughout our body. You may be familiar with your gut microbiome and your skin microbiome. When it comes to our vaginas, it’s not just any microbiome, it’s constantly changing.
A balance of both good and bad bacteria live in your microbiome. Stress, environmental changes, and even factors like whether or not you’re on your period can all contribute to changes happening in your microbiome. Everyday products like soaps and detergents and even some medications can also mess with your microbiome.

D. IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE PREGNANT?

We recommend that you always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

E. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products have a minimum shelf life of 18 months.

F. WHAT IS THE VAGINA'S IDEAL PH BALANCE? WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF PH-BALANCED PRODUCTS FOR MY VAGINA?

A healthy vaginal pH value is somewhere between 3.8 and 4.5. Products with pH levels outside of your vaginal pH range can cause irritation and increase the likelihood of an infection.

G. IS THE V BAR A BAR OF SOAP OR CLEANSER?

Our Queen V Bar is formulated without the harsh ingredients found in soap. Our V Bar is a cleansing bar with a pH of 4-6. We have all heard that the vagina is self-cleaning. Doctors do not recommend cleaning the vagina with anything other than water. Your good bacteria work to help keep your vagina clean. Most soaps and cleansers have a pH that ranges from 9-10 which can cause irritation (and some drama in your life) because a healthy vulva has a pH of around 4.7-6. That’s where our V Bar comes in. With a pH of 4-6, the V Bar cleanses your Queen V.

H. CAN THE V BAR BE USED ON THE REST OF THE BODY?

Yes! The V Bar is multi-purpose and can be a cleansing bar for the whole body.

I. IS THE DD PROBIOTIC A DAILY VITAMIN? DOES IT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

To keep it simple, probiotics are good bacteria that can help support a healthy bacterial balance. Good bacteria can support multiple aspects of your health including your digestive, immune, and vaginal health. Our DD Probiotic provides you two probiotic Lactobacillus strains and one Bifidobacterium strain that work in your body to promote vaginal, digestive & immune health. It contains 3 billion CFUs*.*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We use vegetable capsules that are non-GMO and gluten-free so they are safe for many people. The probiotic does not need to be refrigerated and can be stored in a cool, dry place.

J. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC OR NEGATIVE REACTION TO QUEEN V PRODUCTS?

Please make sure to read the ingredients listed on the back of our bottles. Please confirm you are not allergic to any ingredients in a product before using it. Always consult a doctor before using a new product or if you have an allergic reaction.
